2015年元月，第18届中国国际友好文化节驻华使节新春团拜会将《夏鹏程书法集》作为贺礼，并将夏鹏程书写的“福”字作为“国际友谊贡献奖”的特别礼物；
出版有《湖湘书法百家——夏鹏程作品集》、《当代中青年书法二十家——夏鹏程卷》、《夏鹏程书法集》（荣宝斋出版社）。
Biography
XIA Pengcheng
Born in Yiyang city, Hunan Province,China.
Calligrapher of Shen Peng Studio, China National Academy of painting.
Jury, mentor of culture and art talent of Ministry of Culture of The People’s Republic of China.
Tutor of XIA Pengcheng Calligraphy Special Seminar of Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University.
Art consultant of Baidu Encyclopedia.
Member of Chinese Calligraphers Association.
The curator of the 40-episodes TV series-“The sage of Calligraphy-WANG Xizhi” . The editorial advisory board member of The Chinese Higher Fine Arts Education textbook.
Deputy Secretary-General of Artistic Committee of Chinese Studies MBA Education Center, Beijing Forestry University.
Member of Japan and South Korea Calligraphy Art Committee.
Art and Calligraphy works has been participated and awarded in major domestic and international art exhibitions. Many works has been collected by well-known institutions like Great Hall of the People and Chinese calligraphy Museum etc.
In November 2014, the 5th Fifty People China Painting and Calligraphy Forum and 《The Calligraphy Sets of Xia Pengcheng》was pressed and launched in Peking University.
In December 2012, the Calligraphy and Artwork of Xia Pengcheng National Tour was launched in Zhuhai.
In January 2015, the Diplomatic Corp in China has using the publication of《The Calligraphy Sets of Xia Pengcheng》as present of Chinese Lunar New Year on the 18th of China International Friendship and Culture Festival, and provide the Calligraphy work of “Fu” as special gift for “International Friendship Contribution Award”.
Academic works of Xia Pengcheng has been published such as《One Hundred Calligraphers in Hunan-Collection of Xia Pengcheng Works》,《Twenty Young Contemporary Calligraphers-Xia Pengcheng》and《The Calligraphy sets of Xia Pengcheng》which was published by Rongbaozhai Publishing House.
